Return and Replacement Policy

• Returns: We do not entertain returns unless there is a significant and valid reason. We cannot reuse returned food items for health and safety reasons.
• Replacements: In cases where there is a substantial issue with your order, we offer to replace the food with a fresh item.

Procedure for Returns and Replacements

If you encounter a problem with your order, please follow these steps:

2. Proof of Issue: Provide proof of the problem by sending clear photographs of the parcel or food item in question.
3. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the issue and, if found valid, will arrange for a replacement of the affected item.

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any orders. Our policy is to offer replacements for valid issues as described above.
